These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website shockforce.store (the "Site") and the products sold by ShockForce, LLC ("ShockForce," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

## 6. Product Use and Safety

Shock Force Onesâ„¢ are designed for safe indoor use when operated as instructed in the included Safety & Instruction Manual and on our Safety Guide. By purchasing and using the product, you agree to:

- Read and follow all safety instructions before use
- Use the product only for its intended purpose
- Not use the product if you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, history of seizures or epilepsy, or any heart condition
- Obtain consent from anyone you intend to interact with using the product
- Take full responsibility for your use of the product

ShockForce is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, unsafe use, or failure to follow the safety instructions.

## 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and the "Shock Force Ones™" trademark — is the property of ShockForce, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
