We work hard to get your Shock Force Onesâ„¢ to your door fast and free. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

## Shipping Destinations

ShockForce currently ships **within the United States only**. We do not ship internationally at this time.

## Shipping Options & Costs

Free standard shipping is available on **all U.S. orders**, with no minimum purchase required.

## Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. As soon as your order ships, we'll send a second email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

## Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@shockforce.store as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address before it goes out.

## Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shockforce.store within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). After our support team verifies the issue with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
