Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email support@shockforce.store. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

Sharing of mobile information: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with service providers (such as Klaviyo and our messaging carriers) strictly to operate our SMS program.

Cart reminders: Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of items you add to your shopping cart, including when a cart or checkout has been abandoned. If you have opted in to our SMS program, we use this information to determine when to send you cart reminder text messages.

 

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
