Product Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
Company: ShockForce Product: Shockforce Ones
In consideration of being allowed to purchase and use the Shockforce Ones, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees to the following conditions:

Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that the use of the Product involves inherent risks and dangers that may not be completely eliminated despite the best efforts of ShockForce. These risks include but are not limited to electric shock, tripping, falling, and other potential injuries that could be hazardous. I understand these risks and assume all related dangers, both known and unknown.

Fitness and Health: I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently healthy to use the Product safely and that I have no medical condition that would affect my ability to safely use the Product and do not have a medical device such as a pacemaker or other.

Proper Use and Conduct: I agree to use the Product strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. I will ensure that the Product is used in a safe manner and that any additional safety instructions issued by ShockForce are followed. I also accept responsibility for using the Product in a manner that does not harm others. This includes not using the Product to intentionally shock or harm another person.

Waiver and Release: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue ShockForce, its officers, directors, representatives, and employees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while using the Product, whether caused by the negligence of ShockForce or otherwise.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShockForce from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my use of the Product or my conduct affecting others, whether caused by negligence of ShockForce or otherwise.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability and release of claim agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my purchase or use of the Product for this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
